Your membership

Membership prices, duration, renewals, cancellation and refund conditions are provided by the gym when you join or renew. Confirm these details with the team before making a payment. The website and app do not replace your agreed membership terms.

Account access

The web management portal is for authorized administrators. Members use the Leeya mobile application. After the gym invites you, select Activate account in the app and verify your email using the code in your invitation. Review and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms, then create and confirm your own password and four-digit device PIN. Leeya records the accepted policy version and time. Biometric unlock is optional on supported phones.

Keep your password, PIN and verification codes private. Contact the gym if an invitation was not intended for you, your details are incorrect or you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

Training and food plans

The app displays plans assigned by your gym. Discuss changes, concerns or suitability with the gym team. Contact an appropriately qualified professional for individual medical or dietary advice.

Payments and service availability

The app displays payments and adjustments recorded by the gym. Report any difference between your receipt and the displayed balance. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions or account status; contact the gym for assistance.

Privacy and account closure

Read our privacy policy for information handling. To close your app account or request data removal, use Request account deletion. Ask the gym separately about ending or changing your membership and any outstanding payment or refund questions.
